Incidents Happen

At Berkley Industrial Comp, we pride ourselves on quick responsiveness to all inquiries, especially when an incident occurs. If you have been injured on the job, Berkley Industrial Comp is here to support you throughout the workers’ compensation process. Our primary concern is helping you get the care you need to get you back to work in a timely manner.

Log in to submit the First Report of Injury

Submitting the First Report of Injury is the first and most important step in beginning the process. A member of our RESOLUTION Team will respond to you within 24-hours.

We encourage all Berkley Industrial Comp policyholders to register for MedCall Advisors. This is a free medical call center service offered to all customers with active policies. The injured worker is immediately connected to a physician Board Certified in Emergency Medicine via app, phone or web browser.
