Hazards and Concerns to Consider Prior to Re-Start/Start-Up
Unplanned and urgent job site shutdowns create a large list of issues that can contribute to hazards and associated unforeseen risks. The construction firm, manager, general contractor, property owner, or tradesmen may not be completely aware of these hazards or risks. Shutdowns that were NOT anticipated in advance can create a situation where equipment, materials, tools, structures, and security may not have been given proper pre-planning, including securement, safety, security or environmental conditions on the structure, components, and soil.
Review the course to learn areas to address before restarting a job site.
